Creating an attractive commercial brochure for The Cart in Enfield, commissioned by Strettons

Commercial brochures are the face and introduction letter of an opportunity for a new development. It is a clear way to visualise the potential of a site and enhance their characteristics.

In this case, Strettons commissioned us to develop the content strategy, flow, look & feel and layout for this opportunity in Montagu Road, Enfield: The Cart, that offered a residential led, mixed-use development opportunity.

We highlighted the potential of Edmonton and the transformation it is living, presented the benefits of the development through illustration and emphasized the good connections of the area.
