Delivering new student and residential accommodation in Wembley, one of the youngest and fastest growing areas of London

Wembley is rapidly evolving. Once known solely for its Stadium, a walk along Wembley Way now takes in box parks, coffee shops, plentiful new buildings and finishes at a major shopping outlet. Is there an area of London that has changed so much over the past decade?

To support our client’s aspiration for a major, new student and residential development we sought to create an identity that made it reflective of, and therefore attractive to, the young and diverse demographic of the area.

Utilising the distinct triangular shape of the proposed building and getting inspiration from other local landmarks, we combined this with vibrant colours and a typography with bold personality to grab attention and raise interest.
