82/83 Margaret Street was originally constructed as a convent in 1914 and contains the Grade II listed All Saints Convent Chapel to the rear.
Unity Group purchased the seven-storey building and sought to reassure the community and stakeholders that they would refurbish and expand the building in a sustainable way. It will comprise residential accommodation, coworking space and wellness facilities, with the proposals seeking to conserve as much of the embedded carbon as possible.
We developed a basic brand identity for a public consultation, creating a website and collaterals such exhibition boards for the public events, flyer, brochure, presentations and social media ads.
