We created an identity and materials to support the consultation for a residential tower in the quickly evolving, young, fresh and vibrant Tottenham Hale.

Berol Yard is the final land holding of Berkeley Square Developments in Tottenham Hale to come forward for development. As such, it was important to carry a message through the identity and message that the masterplan was being completed and this development will welcome all with ground floor commercial and meeting spaces.

We chose to work with dynamic geometric shapes and a varied and vibrant colour palette, inspired by the proposed buildings materials. The shapes represent the plurality of spaces that Berol Yard will offer, with the typography reflecting the scale of the project and younger local audience.
